The routine meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was held on this tenth of August, two thousand twenty-three. The meeting was led by Mr. Brown, with members present of homeowners in attendance.

Suggested Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The HOA is at this time reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed adjustments are designed to improve the standard of life for all residents while tackling ongoing concerns and promoting a thriving community.
- Among the proposed amendments are regulations related to landscaping, quiet hours, and vehicle placement.
- The HOA encourages all residents to review the proposed amendments meticulously and submit their suggestions by August 15th.
- An open forum will be scheduled on September 8th to discuss the proposed amendments in greater detail.

The Sherwood Lakes Community Enhancement Program
Our dedicated community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more picturesque place to live. The Beautification Project aims to enhance the visual appeal of our community by adding flowers, cleaning up public zones, and promoting a sense of ownership.

HOA Board Election Information - Sherwood Lakes
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is happening soon. This year, we encourage all homeowners to participate in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Monday, October 16th, with voting taking place from noon to 8:00 PM at the Sherwood Lakes Community Center.
A list of those vying for positions and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and distributed via email/sent to residents in a packet by October 1st. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please send an email to the HOA. We look forward to a successful and transparent election!
